Tuttavia, stante la presenza di diversi ricercatori stranieri ai convegni degli ultimi anni, si suggerisce di preparare in inglese i testi delle presentazioni e dei poster.
Le presentazioni orali potranno essere tenute in italiano o in inglese, a discrezione del relatore.
Il logo del 34° Convegno SLI sintetizza le caratteristiche principali della sede ospitante: la silhouette del Ponte Coperto, uno dei monumenti simbolo della città, che accoglie chi arriva a Pavia da sud; il fiume Ticino, scrigno di biodiversità nella Pianura Padana occidentale, e altro simbolo della città – il cui nome antico era per l’appunto Ticinum; e i licheni, in questo caso tre Cladonie tipiche delle praterie aride custodite dalla valle fluviale, perfetto trait d’union tra la location pavese del convegno e la Lichenologia.

The programme of the congress is now available.
The official language of the congress is Italian.
However, given the attendance of several foreign researchers in the last years, we suggest to write the texts of presentations and posters in English.
Oral communications can be held either in Italian or English, as preferred by the speaker.
The logo of the 34th Congress of the Italian Lichen Society summarizes the main features of the hosting venue: the silhouette of the Ponte Coperto (“roofed bridge”), one of the symbols of the city, which welcomes those who arrive in Pavia from the south; the Ticino river, a treasure chest of biodiversity in the western Po Plain, as well as another symbol of the city – whose ancient Latin name was Ticinum; and lichens of course, in this case three Cladonia species typical of the dry grasslands found in the river valley, the best trait d’union between the venue of the Congress and Lichenology.
